1. General

This website is operated by Mini Wears. Throughout the site, the terms “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Mini Wears. We offer this website and all related services conditioned upon your acceptance of our terms, policies, and notices.

2. Products & Orders

All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but slight color or fabric differences may occur. Prices are listed in PKR and can change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock unavailability or payment issues.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made using accepted methods shown at checkout.
  • If a transaction fails or appears suspicious, we may cancel the order.
  • All billing information must be accurate and complete.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
  • Delivery time within Pakistan is usually 3–7 business days.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or damage during transit once the package leaves our warehouse.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, and logos, belongs to Mini Wears and cannot be copied or used without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Uploading harmful code or spam
  • Violating intellectual property rights

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mini Wears is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi.
