We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (online receipt or order number) is required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We understand that size or style can sometimes be tricky, especially with kids wear!
To exchange an item, please:

  • Request a return for the original product.
  • Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size or item.

We’ll do our best to make the exchange process smooth and quick.
Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Socks, innerwear, or personalized items
  • Gift cards

If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
